Janci Deetz | Founder + Lead Designer
Janci’s passion for design has been with her since a young age, alongside a desire to travel and learn about the world. A bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology afforded her the opportunity to study people and places all over the globe. She was inspired by basic structures to elaborately designed architecture throughout Europe. She later completed her bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design, with an emphasis in sustainability. Her design style is classic and modern with rustic elements that give a nod to the natural world around us. Janci has lived and worked in the Bay Area for over a decade, and though she has traveled to incredible places, this one rivals them all. Always excited to return, that is the same feeling we should all have when we return to our home – inspired and embraced. Janci spent several years restoring and renovating homes and commercial properties. Among other projects, she recently designed Locavore, a restaurant in San Francisco that sources local food with all local and sustainable fixtures.
Arielle De Leon | Lead Designer
Throughout Arielle’s upbringing, traveling and exploring were a regular part of her family’s ethos, and that constant discovery of new scenery and architectural styles sparked her passion for design. Arielle had the opportunity to study audio engineering and sound design at the world-renowned Fantasy Studios in Berkeley, and that experience led her to a job at Undercover Presents. At Undercover Presents, she focused on showcasing local Bay Area musical and visual arts talents and honed her passion for creative arrangements . In 2021, Arielle started her staging journey and has immersed herself in the home staging and interior design world. This role combines her love for interior decoration and her organizational skillset. In her free time, you can find Arielle enjoying doggy time with her pup Roo at Point Isabel dog park, one of their favorite places to feel The Bay breeze!
Matt Porreca | Head of Operations
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Matt remains a rabid Eagles fan. After graduating from Temple University, he moved to San Francisco, and nowadays, he calls Oakland, CA, home. After spending more than a dozen years in digital media sales + business development, Matt found a passion for operations, and he hasn’t looked back since! In his free time, you will find him hiking, biking, camping, or snowboarding. He loves to explore and has a zest for life.
